Shipping Policy

Candellaass (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to delivering your handcrafted products safely and efficiently. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Candellaass, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic (India): We ship to all cities and towns across India.

  • International: Candellaass is not shipping internationally currently

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Products: Requires 5–7 business days for crafting before dispatch. Any special timelines will be communicated at checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

3. Estimated Delivery Times (Post-Dispatch)

  • India (Metro Cities): 5–8 business days

  • India (Non-Metro Areas): 6–10 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs processes, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. we use ship rocket and similar third party for shipment if you want urgently you can connect to us and we can work out alternate methods 

Candellaass does not control delivery timelines once the package leaves our facility.

* during festival times couriers are usually delayed so plan in advance .

4. Shipping Charges

  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are carefully packaged using bubble wrap, padded boxes, and other protective materials to minimize transit damage.

  • While we ensure quality packaging, Candellaass is not responsible for damage occurring during shipping. Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct. Candellaass is not liable for mis delivery or additional charges due to incorrect information.

  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment. Contact the courier/postal service directly for any updates or delivery concerns.

  • Contact Candellaass only in the following cases:

    1. Invalid or non-functional tracking number

    2. Address errors before dispatch

    3. Non-delivery well past the estimated timeline.

7. Shipping Delays & Losses

  • Candellaass is not responsible for delays or lost packages once the order has left our facility.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please first check with neighbours, your local post office, or courier service.

  • If confirmed lost, we will assist you with the courier’s claims process; however, we cannot guarantee compensation or replacement.

8. Shipping Damage & Claims

  • Refuse the package at delivery if you notice visible damage to the packaging.

  • If damage is discovered after accepting delivery, a clear video of the unboxing is required to file a claim with the courier.

  • Candellaass reserves the right to limit liability for shipping damages, as products are fragile and handled by third-party carriers.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Because products are handcrafted and made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted before production begins.

  • Once production has started, orders may be non-refundable.
